Core G: Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and Data Management Core

The Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, and Data Management Core coordinates and performs all U19-related study design, data quality control (QC) and analytics, and data management activities. Core G will also spearhead the effort to integrate and interpret multi-omic and genotypic/phenotypic data to uncover molecular mechanisms and pathways driving age-related cognitive decline in the context of our novel ApoE Cascade Hypothesis (ACH). We will implement machine-learning and deep-learning models for many of our analytic tasks.
